Based in Powys, he is an AAPGAI Master Fishing Instructor in both single handed (Trout/Sea trout) and double handed (salmon) disciplines. He offers individual or group tuition for all ability levels at either still water or river venues, for either single or double handed rods. He organises a series of sea trout and salmon fishing courses based in Wales and on the river Tay at Lower Kinnaird in Scotland, Corporate days are also available. Illtyd also runs a guided service, included guided night fishing for sea trout. Or for those looking to venture further afield, he organises hosted trips to Argentina and Russia.
